The situation
Patriot Dreams is an American-history audio app for iOS and Android, with an interactive map of historic sites, passports, subscriptions and gifting. It came to us live in both stores, built by an earlier agency. The two founders had worked with several development companies and were not sure a partner they could trust existed.
First, make it solid
We fixed what was urgent before building anything new.
Then, make it grow
With the app steady, the founders decide what comes next and we build it. Each piece starts as an estimate and a set of wireframes they approve before any code is written. The timeline above shows the features, month by month.

- Capped-hours estimates. Every piece of work starts with an estimate, and its hours are a cap: the founders never pay above it.
- High-fidelity wireframes before every build. They see and approve each screen before we write the code behind it.
- An ongoing partnership. We stay with the app after each release, so the next feature builds on the last.
